A little about us
How our story started…
- After struggling to find the right balance of beautifully designed, durable and affordable children’s furniture for our two daughters, we decided to take matters into our own hands - and so our third baby, The Children’s Furniture Company, was born!
- We put pen to paper and started designing bedroom furniture we wanted but couldn’t find anywhere. We then sought out some top furniture-makers, who could give our designs the TLC we wanted.
- We started selling our designs online and found people loved them too!
- We came up with more ideas and before we knew it we were producing our designs in several factories from several different countries!
- A few years later, we’ve designed and manufactured over 70,000 products and our bedroom furniture is now part of over 35,000 children’s bedrooms. We’ve helped some of the biggest names on the high street to shape their children’s furniture offer, and we have our very own little home at The Barn, on the outskirts of Milton Keynes, where you can come and see our products in the flesh (and have a cuppa!). We’ve also teamed up with some other lovely children’s bedroom brands so you can kit out the whole bedroom.
