Our Delivery Services

No matter where you are in mainland UK, we offer a fixed standard delivery price for small, medium and large items. (See below for deliveries to Ireland and non-mainland UK). If you choose our standard delivery, your new children's furniture (if in stock) will typically be delivered within 10 days by one of our specialist furniture couriers.

All Northern Ireland deliveries will require the customer to provide us with an EROI number.

Please note, some parts of the country such as Scotland & Cornwall, or outer postcode areas, may take a little longer so please allow 15 working days if you live in these areas. For deliveries to Scotland, it may also be necessary to send your furniture via a palletised delivery service.

We can also arrange for your children's furniture to be assembled, we'll automatically calculate the cost of our furniture assembly service for your order in your basket page. If you want your furniture assembled upon delivery then simply select this option as you checkout. For more information about our assembly service scroll down.

Returning Your Items

So you'd like to return your items? It's ok, we understand! We know it can be daunting buying something online without seeing it first, but buying online is fun, easy and with us fuss free! If your item comes and it’s not quite the right colour, too big, too small or just not how you imagined it when you saw it online, that’s absolutely fine, we offer a 30 day “change your mind” period.

We know it’s exciting when a delivery arrives (especially one from us) but just in case there are any issues make sure you do the following:

1. Check for any signs of damage before you accept and sign for the delivery

2. Keep the original packaging in case you need to return the item

3. Make sure you want the item(s) before you start assembling. We can’t offer refunds on unwanted goods that have been assembled in any way so please make sure you’re keeping the item before you get your screwdriver out!

Following these 3 simple steps will make it easier for us to make good on any mishaps or sorting out any refunds.
