We offer two different types of Trundle Bed designs here at The Children's Furniture Company, the pull-out and pop-up trundles, both have the same footprint as a standard single bed offering up a great nights' sleep for you guest:
Pull-out trundle bed
Our Pull-Out Trundle Bed simply sits on wheels, low to the floor, and can slide it in and out from under the main single bed frame. Many people want to have a spare bed for their kids, but they don't want to sacrifice any floor space in their room. Our Pull-Out Trundle Bed is a perfect solution. It takes up minimal space and can be pulled out from under the single bed.
Plus, if you’re on the lookout for a single bed with trundle and storage, then our Captain’s beds are a great solution. They offer the practicality of a slide-out bed, along with additional storage drawers for spare bedding, clothes and toys.
Pop-up trundle bed
We also offer a Pop-up Trundle Bed, which slides in & out the same as our standard Trundle, but can be raised higher when in use for a double bed effect. Both of these options will easily slide and fit perfectly underneath all TCFC branded beds, and should also fit under any single bed frame.
Ideal for Shared or Small Bedrooms
Pull out or pop up beds are not just for sleepovers; they are an excellent choice for shared or compact bedrooms where space is at a premium. Grab a Mattress for your Trundle Bed
Don't forget the mattress! A Trundle Bed frame typically requires a slightly slimmer mattress than a standard single mattress. This is to ensure that the second bed can easily be stored underneath your child's single bed frame when not in use. But don't worry, we have our very own Trundle Mattress available here at TCFC.
A fantastic alternative to getting a bunk bed
Most of our Kid's Bedroom Furniture Sets include the option of a single bed that has a Trundle as an option, but if you already own one of our beds (or a full set!), you can also purchase a Trundle Bed separately if you wish to add one to your kid's bedroom.
Please note, while we can guarantee that our Trundle Beds will fit perfectly underneath all TCFC exclusive Single Beds, we cannot guarantee they'll fit underneath a bed from a different brand. So be sure to check the dimensions and measure your available space before purchasing.
